That same AD got a golden parachute, a new title, a country club membership and lifetime tickets in his initial offer. He still got a 3.2 mil settlement package after the Governor got involved.

Kind of hard to blame Jumbo's buyout all on Scott Woodward.
Ross Bjork is the one who gave him a ridiculous extension and raise in 2021.
Because of that, Aggie ended up paying Jimbo a ~$74M buyout when his original contract was about $75M total.
Take that raise/extension away and Aggie can dump him in 2023 for ~$30M.
