I see the West Hollywood Homo is looking to the past again.
A bit insecure about the present?

JetDawg - if you still have the data readily available, can you post a revision and list how many times A&M & Missouri finished as SEC teams (since 2012) and how many times USC & Arkansas have since 1992? Texas & Oklahoma have never finished as an SEC team yet. Winning the SWC or Big 8 or Big 12, does not come close to the gauntlet of winning the SEC. I’m curious to see how these 4 teams have fared as actual SEC members. Thanks

Alabama and Oklahoma have been consistent machines.

Great stats...
Kinda hard to believe UGA has finished top five 21 times outta 22 times in the top 10...
Imma Dawg but that's suprising, figured we woulda had a few 6-10 finishes sprinkled in there...
Thanks for all your hard work on stats etc....

That's because we're talking about now, not the past like some folks want to. We are up with GA NOW. Don't believe it? Bet the house.

I'm confused. The AP history site has Georgia finishing in top 5 (1970-2024) 11 times; not 21. LINK

My info came from The Athletic.....will go back when I have the time and cross-check. Thanks for the tip.

That's because it's not correct.
22 top 10's
11 top 5's.
We should be on the next line down.

They had some history back in the day, before their walk in the wilderness this century.

Can you provide your source data from The Athletic that has this glaring error please?
I am not saying you just made shite up for Georgia. But I am not saying you didn’t just make shite up for Georgia either.

I seriously doubt UGA has 21 Top 5 finishes. Fake news.
