He was called the n word by Adam sasser lol...only fields knows the truth. If he was lying about racism at UGA he is a douchebag but if he was going through racism. Then, good for him. No one knows but him

Only needs 11k more to reach the goal. I could see this reaching over 1 Million signatures in a week as it gains steam.

This isn’t about his original transfer so this is the last thing I will say about it. The NCAA set a terrible precedent letting him transfer for that reason. No one should ever use that horrible word but letting guys transfer with immediate eligibility because a fan called them a name could turn the transfer portal into the Wild Wild West.
Now let’s all let bygones be bygones and focus on what’s here and now.

I hope that he gets to transfer. And that’s coming from a Bama fan that knows there is a 75% chance he lands at the Barn or The Who.

There is zero chance he leaves OSU. The relationship he has built with coaches and players is unbreakable. He has said many times that it's either a season (he hasn't ruled out spring ball if its early enough) or it's the pros... Kid is going to be a fantastic pro.

Fields is reaping what he has sowed. The NCAA should not have approved his transfer from UGA without immediate playing time and they damn sure shouldn't allow him to transfer without penalty twice after just one season.

Yeah they approved him for immediate eligibility but denied the kid who wanted to be close to a family member with cancer. What a joke.

He didnt hear Sasser. What truth are you referencing? According to the appeal for immediate eligibility, Sasser was indicative of a hostile environment. Not indicative of Fields actually hearing the racism personally on the field.

What does his relationship with Ohio St have to do with him playing one more year of college football? No draft eligible players are going to play a spring season. I haven’t seen anywhere where he has said we won’t transfer but I don’t see any reason you would lie about it. I will say this: if he has said that it’s because that’s exactly what he should say at this point. The kid wants to play one more year of college football. If Ohio St doesn’t join another league for one season and the door is open for him to transfer and play he will. Imho.

Fields is like "We didn't give up when the Germans bombed pearl harbor" but the reality is...

Egotistical academic deans made the decision to call it off, they are not going to suddenly change their mind and admit they are wrong. Not in their dna.

They have already tentatively agreed to play an 8 game sason beginning in early Jan and ending in march, with at least a month to 5 weeks before the draft and probably more now since the NFL saying their ok with moving the draft back...Thats even more time... And fields will have 5 months to rest. Thats plenty of time. The only thing that will keep them from playing in the spring is if the covid has been somewhat better. That's it. They will have spring ball. As far as weather goes they have been talking about playing ball in domed stadiums in the midwest....Detroit, Indy, Minnesota, etc.

The big 10 is an embarrassment to college football.

The big 10 followed the pac 12.

Think about that.

The ncaa wouldn't grant him immediately eligible again especially since opening that can of worms could devastate the BIG conference
