Is UMAA not doing the same thing as TAF or is UMAA raising money for the Ole Miss athletic department and then not transferring the funds to the athletic department to offset the deficits?

The UMAA holds the money. The athletic department tells them what they need and then they deliver. Most years, we report breaking even.
Revenue from the events, concessions, etc. do go straight to the department if im not mistaken. TV/Bowl/etc also go straight to the department.
