Jimbo is doing a good job. I don’t like him and think he is sleazy, but he is a good coach.
Why is he sleazy? Never heard that one before

If Fisher leaves, Elko replaces him. They are not a package deal

I think you know deep down what's about to happen. No it's not going to be close. And lolz bragging about a 2023 class 18 months from signing day. Hurry up and get more WRs and RBs!!

The sips and OU will decimate aTm recruiting and everyone knows it. The little party is over in College Station.

A&M literally had the #1 Recruit in the country commit on Saturday as well as a Top 100 Receiver. A&M will almost certainly get at least 5 5 Stars when all is said and done this year. Jimbo is absolutely destroying Sark on the recruiting trail. He's trading some punches with Riley but A&M's 2022 Class is going to be significantly better than OU in the end.

So I guess when do you expect this party to end? A&M is rolling right now with a program on the rise, coaching stability, and virtually unlimited resources. Hell they just put out to bid another $300 million in upgrades and new buildings for football and athletics (new indoor practice field, outdoor practice field, building dedicated to academic assistance just for athletes, etc) when the facilities we had were already elite.

If you think somehow OU and Texas putting an SEC patch on their uniform is going to end the party I suppose that's fine but it's laughable. The amount of investment A&M is making in football is truly mind boggling as well as the University as a whole. At the game on Saturday they announced they had completed a $4 Billion fundraising campaign and ended up with $4.2 Billion. Money doesn't automatically buy wins but it sure as hell helps. A&M isn't going away.

Would Aggie legitimately hire someone with no HC experience?

Probably. Elko has been groomed by Fisher, and it keeps the staff in place. Hire a good OC, and we are still in excellent position. Elko is LOVED by the defensive players

Sure but we all thought the same early in Sumlin's tenure. We'll see if they can ever put it all together but you have to like their trajectory if you're an A&M fan right now.

You’re the one claiming the A&M game plan was to wait until Auburn’s depth was depleted.

You’re a complete dumbshit, and you’re wrong. But I’m sure that’s nothing new for you…

You really think when anyone talks about depth, they're talking about or even including backup QB? You serious bud?

"Oh man TU doesn't have enough depth to compete in the SEC...look at their backup QB, he sucks!!!"

Was this post made in June 2021? Coulda sworn I've read this before.

Weren't y'all supposed to be winning a championship this year?

Yeah, that would never happen.

We're a resilient bunch. You guys were damn near exterminated off the boards after back to back losses. 4 in a row and you'd be 6ft under

You'd definitely know a thing or two about losing 4 in a row, I'll defer to your expertise.

Probably not off the streets as it were, but there's history there behind hiring from the staff. Emory Bellard and Tom Wilson from the late 70's early 80's.

Bellard was so-so, and Wilson never really made an impact at all.

This was always a rebuilding year for Texas A&M, lost the starting quarterback and our entire offensive line to the draft and graduation

You are the morons proclaiming you were going to win the big 12 and a sure fire lock for the college playoffs this year that Brag came out of Austin and nowhere else

Chucklesif that’s what you think LSU is ahooting for. Saban is on the clock and #1 will be up for grabs soon. LSU doesn’t have to take a backseat to anyone in the SEC unless they have a coaching deficit.

Saban is going to coach as least five more years ...

Ok. If LSU hires the right guy, he will be there as Saban retires. I want the right guy already in place when that happens. Top dog in the SEC will be up for grabs before that day comes, anyway.
