I heard a rumor from some self-described OM "boosters" that Patterson's knee injury was not as severe as claimed. They say the severity of the injury was exaggerated by his family in order for him to sit the remainder of the year; thus saving him for another team.

Kinda like Colt McCoy's shoulder in the natty. He was done running the option that game. Mack Brown was going to get him killed in that game. Colt saw Alabama wasnt going to slow play the option and he said nope...

Definitely thought this during the LSU game.

Even if Ole Miss got off with only self imposed by the NCAA, he wasn't going to start for them next year.

He went in the locker room and the xray came back negative. It was a long time ago when I played ball, but when I did, that meant you could play. Things may be different now, but I do think he could've played had he chose to. With that nfl contract waiting, I think his dad gave him some good advice and told him to sit it out.

Honestly, I and every decent human being (including members of his own family), would love to kick Hugh Freeze in the balls until he puked up blood, but he’s implying shits going to hit the fan and he is protected by God with kindness. Hopefully that kindness ends with the pimp from Funky’s breaking his legs when he can’t pay his hooker bill. He’s a hypocritical holier than thou twat who I wish the worst upon and has yet to apologize to his family and the fans. May he go frick himself.

You want to cause harm to the man that was doing exactly what your boosters told him to do? Hugh didn't "cause" any of this. He was just a puppet.

Don't blame him one bit and don't hold anything against him. The coach he came to Ole Miss to play for is gone, he isn't guaranteed a starting spot next year with the emergence of Ta'amu, and he would be giving up a chance to see his full potential realized if he stayed.

Who’s paying for trip. I know his white trash family don’t have that kind of traveling money this close to Christmas.

There is at least one player that has filed a lawsuit against OM about being misled on the sanctions... The attorney he is using is Tom Mars... same guy Houston Nutt hired.

Who cares
He is average at best and the comparisons between shite Patterson and Fitz were laughable at the beginning of the year.

After the Rebs get their 2 year bowl ban, the current OM backup is going to wreck shait at UCLA with Chip Kelly next season.
