So the only person in America that didn’t realize Ole Miss was dirty as pig shite was their star QB recruit.
Sounds reasonable.

I don't care either way. Patterson did what other high school players do. He took the money and went with it.

He's looking more and more like a cry baby. Write your letter Shea. It's not like our national perception will be damaged any more by it or the NCAA will investigate us again. So what exactly does he think this will do?

Shea got beat out at Ole Miss
I was at the LSU @ OM game this past fall, and I thought we had Patterson under control. When he left gimpy and they put the backup in, I got a little nervous.
Also had a Bear Shark fan sitting next to me, telling me about how they'd be getting Mike Leach to come to Oxford.

LSU definitely did. Patterson was not a mature qb at all last season. He has alot of talent, but I think he fell in love with the deep ball since it was so successful for Chad Kelly the year prior. Kelly had a rocket arm and could hit the deep ball consistently, Patterson couldn't.
Ta'amu came in and hit the underneath routes which allowed actual offensive drives to occur. What was really impressive about his time at QB was the improvement of the run game. The shorter passes kept opposing linebackers at bay which allowed some creases for the RBs to get 4 and 5 yards consistently. Ole Miss actually had a 1,000 yard rusher last year..first time in almost 10 years.

Neither do I. He's just trying to save face with the NCAA and play victim.

IMO, here's the problem for OM. He's a huge crybaby who certainly knew and benefited from the 'situation' at the time he signed - but the average sports fan in doesn't know those facts. All they see is "that hooker-lovin', cheating OM trying to keep a kid from playing."
For OM moving forward, the faster the whole Freeze saga disappears in the rear view mirror, the better but things like this deal keep bringing it to the forefront again. He went to Michigan, so whether he plays this year or not will have no impact on OM's season. Smart move for OM would have been to simply not comment at all and let the NCAA do whatever they wished.

I strongly dislike that kid. You knew what you were doing.

So with this line of thinking you are saying it was impossible for Freeze not to know what Barney was up to.
Yet Freeze testified to the infractions committee that he was completely in the dark.

Shea comes across as the byatch in this case. He applied to avoid sitting out a year. Nobody blames him for that. OM basically offered the same response that was already sitting on the Appeal Panels desk. Nobody blames them for that.
But to now come out throwing hysterical haymakers and making hollow threats (hey Shea, errrrrybody already knows what happened) makes him look like a petulant brat. Should fit perfectly with Harbaugh

I hope he wins his appeal so Harbaugh can ruin him further. Little douche deserves Harbaugh. frick 'em both.

Lied to by Harbaw.
Shea is going to say whatever Mars wants him to say. He has to jump the hurdle of "being misled" to get immediate eligibility waiver. He doesn't want to go somewhere and sit while another QB secures the position. He already lost control of the position at his initial school.
Both sides doing what they need to do to preserve the best outcome for themselves.

I completely understand why you feel that way and I can't say I blame you. My only point is that you're going to heal a lot faster if you stop picking at the scab.
