My point. If they used University provided emails and iphone text messages, they might have a chance. She will be the one left in the cold if no admission of an affair happens. She will not be able to sue anyone unless the University adversely affected her job based on a rumor.

Auburn cannot be held accountable for every forum poster or insider. If pay sites said something (They did not), then she could sue them.

If the corrupt AU admin, boosters, or whomever, smeared this girl's name and image around the internet without any proof, or without an affair ever taking place, I hope she takes AU for all they're worth.

I don't see how she could really do that, tbh. I hate this has happened to this young woman, but I doubt it will ever be discovered who started the rumor?
I think this whole thing started with just picture of her posted somewhere with no comment, right?

People use their skills, intelligence, looks,talents in all sorts of ways to get their jobs done.
Looks: Models, TV Announcers, sales people, yes, even recruiting people....to think otherwise is very naive.

Link me an article where she is specifically mentioned. Find an article from an actual media outlet even mentioning the affair at all.

Open Records Act could provide emails and texts from university owned computers and iphones, but other than that it will be hard to trace. You know nobody in the Press will come forward and release their sources.

She can say he pressured her and she was afraid of losing her job. The fact that there’s no news is bad news for Harsin. If he wasn’t guilty he’d be shouting his innocence from the mountaintops.
