Has Auburn accused him of anything with her or is it just limited to the press? Only thing AU is publicly addressing is his verbal treatment of players.

Has the press even mentioned it? This seems mainly to be message board trash.

If the corrupt AU admin, boosters, or whomever, smeared this girl's name and image around the internet without any proof, or without an affair ever taking place, I hope she takes AU for all they're worth.

That is a mighty big IF......

Can you show me where anyone at Auburn has smeared her name. Been trying to tell folks from the beginning, this is not about a internet rumored affair. Look at Mason and the other coaches leaving, look at the players leaving. Hostile Work Environment is the charge.

ETA: If he had been a normal Auburn employee (No contract), he would have been gone or suspended already.

Big fairy tale if you actually believe she gets paid. The university is not responsible for what people say on message boards. PERIOD

she had to know she was being used for her looks.

Her looks? She might be top shelf in Boise but in the South, she is meh unless you are 14 and the fence post might look good to you.

Pull your head out of your arse. She is gonna get a big settlement because Auburn wants her gone. They will pay her to quietly go away after signing an NDA.

If their dumb asses fire her she will sue for wrongful termination and a hostile work environment. Auburn doesnt want this seeing the light of day in a court room so they will be forced to settle.

No way she is employed at Auburn much longer and she wont be going anywhere without a good chunk of change.

Unless someone with authority leaked the rumor, AU will not be held complicit to the rumor.

Maybe you are misunderstanding my point?

I was saying if Auburn took the rumor and used it as justification to fire Harsin with cause, it could come back to bite them.....if there is no basis to the rumor.

Although, I don't know how you prove Harsin did not have an affair. You can prove he did, maybe with texts, e-mails, pictures or something along those lines, but you can't prove somebody did not have an affair. So, if Auburn fired Harsin based on a rumor (with no proof) of an affair with cause that could backfire on them. If they have no proof and decide to fire him without cause, they obviously would have to pay his buyout.

It's an unfortunate situation for everyone involved. Harsin and the girl if they are innocent, and Auburn because they are caught between a rock and a hard place....especially in this environment of "Me Too".
