She’s going to get paid not to sue, that’s for sure.

as noted in another thread, if there is no proof she had an affair with the boss, and if it can be proven that Auburn reps or boosters started or perpetuated this rumor, she will be paid a lot of money. I hope it happens.

She could get 14.99 a month from millions if she wanted to.

What's her Venmo? Any woman that contributes to the downfall of Auburn can have my money

She can go after the University and Athletic Department, the boosters, and the media.

What if your wife, daughter, or sister were to have been rumored to be sleeping wth the boss, and it wasn't true.

Would you call her a high class prostitute if she dared to sue for damages that might follow her the rest of her career?

She’s not contributing to our downfall. We’re doing a fine job of it all by ourselves. I have no idea but I just think she was just collateral damage. I think she happened to be pretty, and in the wrong place at the wrong time. That was her “sin”

She was a recruiting employee at Boise and then followed Harsin to Auburn.

She might have not slept with him, but she had to know she was being used for her looks.

I know it's a crazy concept, but what if she's actually good at her job and working with others?

edit: in fact you said she worked in recruiting at Boise State. Working well with others and a good personality would certainly be beneficial in a job like that. Good looks always helps, male or female. Even studies show this. Hell, even babies are more attracted to pretty people than ugly people.

She might be. Do you think Harsin thought that though?

If he’s such a dickhead like they say, he probably was using her

Who is she going to sue, Auburn ? If she was guilty of an affair than Harsin will be dismissed for cause and saving AU money. If it wasn't true, the press are the ones who reported it. Is she going to sue the Press ?

If they can find the first mouth that started it or whoever went to the press then she can sue them.

Without an admission an affair is next to impossible to prove legally.

even those who repeated or perpetuated it may be liable. Even websites that allowed the rumor may be liable. It's why most websites don't allow unsubstantiated rumors that may be deleterious.

It’s sad how our media runs stuff without evidence. Most of the time they get away with it.

Well, I mean, duh. Like other schools don’t have beautiful hostesses who parade around with the recruits and players. That’s recruiting 101. The one thing maybe he did get right on the recruiting trail.

But why assume an affair if it didn’t happen. Wildly unnecessary and salacious

I mean it was just an easy accusation to make if you’re trying to fire a coach for free.
