I'm around 10. Using the average US hourly rate (I'm on salary) of $20/hr., that's $200 the Newtons owe my boss.
If I get fired for this I'm filing for unemployment with Bobby Lowder.

I'll be up all night finishing a proposal because of this saga. NOTHING done all week so far.

I've spent the past week and a half surfing the web while at work. Probably half that time was on tigerdroppings. So, that's about 60 hours......... $300 for me.

Thank god they don't monitor the internet at my office.

I have got no work done. I have missed meals. I have neglected family and friends. I have lost sleep. I have no sex drive. I can't take it much more.

I've had all my teeth removed so I did not miss the press conferences while brushing!!

As a Bama fan, it's had the complete opposite affect on me. You'd think I've been injected with viagra intravenously 24/7.

I haven't paid attention in any of my classes since around midterms when this hit.
Not good.
Not good.

It hasn't affected my life other than work. Week and a half cost my employer about $3000. Problem is my company has some kind of software that takes a screen shot of my computer every fifteen seconds. If they happen to look at it, I'll hear about it.

Time to update the resume.

I've lost all focus, at 4 oclock every day for about a week now i quit whatever i'm doing and find a tv and turn on espn so i don't miss the press conference. I need to be working on a report right now as a matter of fact but i can't seem to stop reading on this.

I actually spent more time on these forums a couple weeks ago when the story first broke. But at this point, I really don't even care anymore. The official news will come when it comes, and everything in between then is just rumors and innuendo.

Nah. Been there 11 years. And I've known my employer as long as I can remember. I've got that job as long as I don't leave it.

I'm lucky that I can multi-task efficiently while on the job (i.e., I can refresh TD while waiting for the work website to publish). I've actually stayed up late at home working while I surf, so I've been even more productive this week than I usually am. And on the plus side, I've been in a very good mood around my coworkers as well (despite a raging cold).
