Was it worse than the Ole Miss first baseman throwing it to the pitcher when he could have stepped on first? We've seen some crazy plays this year.

I’ve seen a catcher lose a ball and kick it away which scored a run.
I’ve seen a 1st baseman cover and mess up a throw to home that results in a run scoring.

Wild pitch. Catcher blocks it then kicks the ball to first base side foul territory. Can’t find the ball. Pitcher sees ball and just fricking points at it instead of retrieving it. First baseman finally gets to the ball picks it up and throws it past catcher. Two runs score. Game.
