auburn and arky will be improved and a&m will lose a lot of OL beef plus jff ain't gonna slip up on anyone. therefore, a&m will be worse.
in the east, ut and mizzou will be better while georgia and usc will drop.

Yep, and they've plateaued. What that means for them in this league is that they will slowly start going backwards.

We will have to rely on guys like Clinton-Dix and DePriest to take over as the leaders on that side of the ball. I still see them as being younger guys even if next year will be their 2nd year as a starter and 3rd year with a bunch of playing time.
Bama D gets better
ETA: Looking at the roster right now, the only seniors with starting experience will be Stinson and Belue.

quote:. Haha. Good try. Mullen will never allow us to be the OM bottom dweller while he is here. We will bowl four year in a row next year which hasn't been done at State in a very long time so we will be fine trust me.

And something else to remember. Every time OM gets good they get busted so keep that in the back of your mind. WAOM didn't come from State people. We aren't like Alabama and AU. If one of our teams is doing something seedy we are going to frick the other up. OM had a booster sleeping with an NCAA investigator to try and bring Sherrill down.

Teams will be much more adjusted to Manziel & Sumlin's schemes next year.

You canNOT "figure out" improvisation. And if you think you'll adjust to the speed, next year Manziel won't have to do as many 'check with me' calls at the line. Kid will be able to line up and GO. Losing Lewis at center will actually hurt more than either tackle.

I love how everyone is just assuming that UF's offense won't get better, and their defense will get worse because of juniors leaving.
Way to make general assumptions. Yep our offense will not improve at all next season.

Did you really just say losing what are likely the two best tackles in college football won't hurt?
Manziel is going to get hit and hit a lot next season. I'd be worried about a running game too.
You guys sound just like Arkansas fans.

Some pretty terrible reasoning for predictions. We don't know shite.

Where has the SEC heard this before? Oh yea. Oregon.

Manziel is one big hit during a run away from being done. It's not a matter of if, it's when.

If Florida gets some playmakers on the outside they will be scary. But they might have to replace alot on D next year

quote:Thank you. People like to give JFF all the credit, and he does deserve a lot of it, but he is behind some monsters on his O-Line. Joeckel is possibly the #1 overall draft pick and Matthews looks like a 1st rounder as well. Most reasonable coaches will tell them to go, and Sumlin seems like a smart guy. They will be hard to replace.

what is a lot? 3,4??
We have young talent lined up everywhere but DT and that is getting some attention from the JUCO ranks.

Our defense won't be great next year but they won't suck. A lot of guys got good playing time when we had 4 guys out at the start of this season. Linebackers will be strength.
Our offense is going to be crazy good. We will be a big 12 team on offense.

A&M will undoubtedly be better. Matthews ain't going anywhere. Luke and DeMonster very might stay.
The offense will unquestionable be better. Manziel with a year, a group of guys with more time in the system, our best running back eligible, AMAZING freshmen talent at WR on campus, and Trey Williams with a year under his belt. We're going to be FILTHY on offense next year.
The defense is more of a question. The defense performed better than anyone thought that they would this year, and did it with an underwhelming pair of safeties. (We do NOT lose both our safeties, by the way...we only lose one of our four guys who played, and he is very "replaceable.") We lose one of our corners, but nobody thought he was going to start this year (he did, though, and played well). Our biggest loss on defense is our two LBers, but, again, it's not like they are stars. We have some JUCO talent coming in a some highly thought of true freshmen that can fill their shoes. We also had a freshmen play a lot at LBer this year (started a couple of games) and had some pretty nice games. We lose one starter and one backup on the DLine, assuming Moore stays. Obioha will have a year under his belt, Ennis REALLY came on as the year went on, and we have some guys that we redshirted who the coaches feel really good about.

Oh, and our schedule next year is favorable. I think it is highly likely that we win 10 games or more again next year.
