Just Todd Monken, he later walked that back and said Lane never called him. He said something vague about there maybe being a text message or something but didn't seem very confident in anything.

Going by the OP it's just another what LSU already tried to do and nothing about the other rulings.
I'm not a lawyer and I haven't read the entire thing. So, I'm willing to be wrong and change my opinion. But based on what I've seen, the lawsuit is pretty narrow and LSU is guilty.

Seems like that would be an easy thing to track down for the SEC. I’m sure the NFL would help them on this issue.

Where's the lawsuit against Texas and Sark?? Hahaha They just hate LSU and Kiffin. Nothing more than a witch hunt. This will be thrown out quickly. Very bad look for the SEC. College football already has professional players on loads of rosters. This is silly.

Likely. I'm not really sure how that could be any type of violation though. It isn't direct communication with the player and I doubt anyone from LSU was working through someone on the Browns staff to coax Wright into suing the NCAA.

You sure LSU looks foolish?
Professional = paid direct to play a sport by the sport, an employee of the sport.
NIL = paid by outside sources.
Revenue sharing which has just gone into effect in the like the past month or so could be an issue, however these are not contracts to sign, but sharing after the fact.
Meaning, college athletes are not employees.

Any member that actively encourages or helps another party to sue that organization should be disciplined! If that mean tossing them out if they don't stop their underhanded methods, so be it.

The players sued the NCAA, not the SEC. The SEC insisted they're independent of the NCAA.

If revenue sharing doesn't involve contracts, why is Ole Miss suing two LSU players for supposedly breaking their revenue share agreements?
Revenue sharing is direct pay for play.
