Wait, did they change the final score?
Is Alabama relevant this time of year?

Nope and nope, carry on...

The reaction to this on the SEC rant of all places is absolutely amazing.

I hope every single non-LSU fan dives head first into this "scandal." Especially Bama fans.

Imagine thinking that that last foul called was not a foul.

They showed Barnes’s immediate reaction to it, and you could tell he knew it was a foul.

It was a moronic play by Tennessee, and the foul had to be called.

They already played in Lexington.

And the Kentucky refs made sure the game wasn't close. See, OP's point is legit even if he was wrong about this week's location.

LSU had better get to work on the refs for their next two games. They’re at Bama and at Florida. Both of those teams need wins over LSU to get into the tournament.

You know, this is a very fair point. I could definitely see the Refs putting their frickery stamp on one of these games to get another SEC team in. Both Bama and UF are on the bubble and LSU is obviously in.

I wouldn't expect to see a LSU shirt in spain either.

Me neither, but I also wouldn't take a picture with it.

I would if I had friends who hated LSU. Just to rub it in.

after Grant Williams' foul there is a second foul by Tennessee that no one mentions - just like the Kentucky basket interference right before Kavel Bigby Williams tip in - this second foul, like the first one, stopped Smart from heaving a last second shot and involved a lot of contact.

not a peep about it from anyone...in fact, we get the opposite spin: LSU has been gifted wins over top 5 teams that were robbed.

the media and the trolling fans ignore everything that does not support the narrative/agenda. why does Ky have a 99.6% winning percentage in games at Rupp when leading by 8 or more in the second half? do you think maybe they've gotten a few thousand calls and no calls go their way?

I mean statistically that percentage is impossible.

You probably wouldn't if it could bite you in the arse at your side job. Like I wouldn't post on social media about my old high school when I know I'm going to do some of their games in the future.

I probably wouldn't if there was risk.

Has any other connection between this guy and LSU been established?

Even if this were true, LSU's athletic department would still be light years cleaner than gump u.

The SEC said in its statement that Jordan intended "to make a light-hearted social media post about having seen the T-shirt in another country and not to express affinity for a particular school." Jordan posed for the picture while visiting Spain.

Seems pretty reasonable.

I agree this was probably just a light-hearted joke taken out of context. Given his position... probably not the smartest move, but I also have no idea if he was officiating in the SEC at the time this was taken.

However, let's also not pretend that if this was an SEC football ref with an Alabama shirt in Spain stating: 'roll tide' to his Auburn friends that had also officiated the LSU/Bama game that LSU fans wouldn't have put this picture on every billboard in Birmingham claiming the REC had a Bama fan put in as a head official.

could you imagine this place if, after y'alls football game with bama, a pic of a ref who made a controversial call at the end of the game emerged with him wearing a bama hoodie and making a roll tide comment?

you’d have a point if, you know, there was a controversial call at the end of our game

Take away the controversial call part. Still remains 100%
