While I agree in principle, where the hell do you find hillbillies in Louisiana?

OK, will probably get blasted for this but I’m really tired of hearing about how LEO walk on water when they do things we agree with and jack-booted thugs when they don’t. If the officers are truly this weak minded, maybe they are in the wrong line of work. That also goes for those that can’t control their anger when in stressful situations.
I would also add that in law enforcement, just like in the military, there is a certain percentage that are constantly on the lookout for a disability check.

Last I checked Trump was the president and MLK was representing a repressed minority. If you don't see that difference than you are stupid as well.
Last I checked, it was the language that he’s being impeached over and the language specifically by both was to March peacefully.

Stupid motherfricker doesn’t understand that everything he just accused Trump of would be just as accurate for MLK.
re: When are we going to stop giving them exactly what they want?

quote:I agree with most of this, but although Trumps approval ratings have been great among Republicans, elected individuals with an R behind their name have primarily looked out for their own interests and attempted to follow the winds to determine what to say when. This party of which you speak is certainly divided, but it was never as “United” as it may have appeared.
We have solidified their base like never before, and we have split our own party in two thereby neutering our ability to win elections going forward. We need a new strategy in a bad way.

You think the military is filled with people/left wing tards that will obey orders just as that?
I don’t think it’s necessarily filled with left wing libtards at the front line level, but yes, I believe they will ultimately obey orders, almost certainly the majority although some may have a change of heart when they see the ramifications. The young folks that make up the ranks are not that different from the rest of their contemporaries and the people that are giving them the orders are mostly sellouts.
re: How big of a hit will the Trump brand take?

quote:The MAGA movement and the TRUMP financial brand are two dramatically different entities. Unfortunately for him, his properties lie primarily right in the middle of the urban hubs that despise him. His brand (pre-presidency) catered to a demographic that doesn’t overlap largely with his political supporters.
The harder they try to destroy the movement, the stronger it will become

re: Who's going to the Rose Bowl for the season opener?

Absolutely, if it happens with fans allowed.
re: When do replacements typically get confirmed?

Unfortunately, I don’t think there’s a “typical” timeline. Too many variables with each situation.

Too late to kiss Daddy's arse. LSU will get dealt with eventually.
Have a great day!
re: I've never seen a fanbase cheer about an injured player as much as LSU fans have
Posted by lsufanz on 12/20/20 at 11:03 am
Another sniveling thread from one of the paragons of virtue. While I certainly don’t condone cheering for a kids injury, I can’t take seriously any “sportsmanship” or “class” bullshite from such a fan base. We’ve all got our share and Alafrickingbama is not suffering a shortage.

Well said. I also learned there are other things to do during football season. I didn’t learn, but was reminded that family and friends are what it’s all about.
