Hard to believe less than 2 years ago we would have been in that SEC Short

Bartender would have offered us Stoops

We have a very prominent booster so everyone knows him, but every school in the SEC has boosters who are heavily involved in their schools. It’s not unique to us.

The only thing better would have been Kentucky and maybe one other not ready to buy yet, but just “browsing”

That’s because if your team is not in playoff contention, they are hardly in current episodes. However, the current coaching carousel which many teams find themselves a part of, is ripe for comedy. It makes perfect sense.

Wait

It’s a skit on SEC teams that have fired their coaches. And you are complaining they did not mention all the teams that have not fired their coaches.

Interesting theory.

Where did I complain? I made an observation that most teams are not mentioned, so there will be less engagement.

Exactly what do you think we are arguing about?

I swear, people are so eager to find conflict where there really isn’t any.

Agreed.

Two weeks from now, with Ags going to Austin with a record of 11-0, I expect half the skit to focus upon a brawl between Hope and BAS. I can see both of them in eye-black now.

None of that changes my assessment that this episode was mid at best.

I thought the same thing, however the active coaches with nattys is only 3 and Sark has done well in the last 3 years at Texas.

In a coaching search how many not on that list is above him is the question?

Honestly maybe 1-2 max. Otherwise like him or not he is very hireable and would be sought after if he left Texas.

Biggest alter of history is not getting M Stoops and getting Elko. Cant imagine what your team looks like with Stoops running it.

Same happened to Texas, many boosters and I think even DeLoss wanted Gary Barnett and Darrel Royal swayed them to Mack. No idea how Gary does at Texas but I am happy we ended up with Mack
