I asked you for a link the last time you posted this drivel, and all you came up with was a UT student newspaper article from September 2011 saying that the two folks you named planned to file bills in the 83rd Legislature (which met in 2013). So, despite what I'm sure was completely accurate reporting by the seasoned professionals at the UT student newspapers, the two legislators you name filed no such bill in 2013.

Again, your rants are a sad indictment regarding the state of our mental health system. It's a shame that in trying to eliminate the abuses that resulted from warehousing the mentally ill prior to the 1970s, we have gone 180 degrees the opposite direction and now allow folks like you to walk the streets, under the theory that you will do better by mixing with mainstream society.

I was stationed in TEXAS for 4 years after ROTC grad from FLORIDA. Just to keep it short, aggy has penis envy on everything TEXAS. .aggy has accomplished nothing but still talks shitt all of the time “were going to” is their only phrase.
