They started it when we came to the SEC and were paired with USC as our annual. Pretty cool backstory on Bonham and the Alamo. A&M completely dominated the series for a decade though and people kind of forgot about it. They also generally could never really make a rivalry out of nothing.
Trophy itself is pretty cool though.

They seem to be teasing that out to be a storyline if we beat Texas or win the SECCG. That said I was looking for the same thing.

It was on RollBamaRoll and I believe they were threatened by some douchebags with a suit so they had to stop. It was must see reading every week and really good. It’s a travesty they had to stop.
