Laugh all you want, but the man has a contract to appear on Finebaum every Monday at around 5:40pm CST. Even if he was speaking at a Touchdown Club meeting, he could have called in. It is moronic to think that he just schedules something over it and it doesn't mean anything.

He didn't want to face questions about Cam. It is obvious that he has no answers since he was probably involved in some type of way - or, at least knows what happened. His "no comment" last week was classic.
Do you seriously expect everyone to believe that he just "forgot" to appear on Finebaum with Gene Stallings the week of the Iron Bowl? Seriously?
Please tell me you don't believe that.

Considering that he has NEVER not called in when he was supposed to in the past 17 years, and that Finebaum supposedly called him at his office, at home, and on his cell phone and he answered none of them does seem strange.
But then again, it could be ole Eff-Beezy just lathering up the audience for Pat to be on tomorrow. Who knows?
But the QB club excuse...he's done them before after calling in. It could be that AU doesn't trust his drunk arse to be on the air as he could get hot-headed and let things out that he sure as hell doesn't need to. There's no need in helping the investigators...they've got plenty to work with as it is.

HEY!!!! Okay he didn't call in and yes-it seems a bit odd but we don't know why and leave it at that! There is a reason for sure but don't start assuming its spells doom for AU. He may have been getting some for all we know!!!

Was this after PF called Baton Rouge the most polluted town in America? Cause I pretty much turned it off with that dumbass swipe. PF is a complete bitch and Pat Dye was probably too drunk from drowning his misery over Camgate to reach the phone.

you know, the way the fricking show is all set up and scripted, I bet Finebaum didn't actually call Dye. Bet he told him not to call in or that the segment would be cancelled.
