Naw...both have 2 losses, LSU won @A&M and that was when LSU wasn't playing well and still won on the road. A&m should not be ahead of LSU.
A&m had their chance against an anemic LSU offense and still couldn't pull it off.

I guess if auburn pulls the upset in 2 weeks y'all should just replace the NFC south
How bout maybe there are just 6 really good teams in the sec and have to play thier A games to beat each other

This is a crazy year in the SEC. Especially in the top half.
-South Carolina blasts Georgia, goes on to lose closely @ LSU, gets blown out @ Florida
-Georgia gets blasted by USC in Columbia, beats UF to clinch SECEast
-LSU wins @ A&M, loses to Bama and @ Florida
-Texas A&M beats Bama in TTown, but loses to Florida and LSU
-Florida wins @ Texas A&M, beats LSU and blows out USC at home
-Alabama beats LSU in Baton Rouge but gets beat by A&M at home
Yeah good luck sorting that one out.

The argument for A&M over LSU can be made.
A&M & LSU have the same # of top 25 wins, but A&M has a better signature win.

Thats EXACTLY what power rankings mean. Who is playing the best right now. And clearly Bama, LSU, and A&M are playing the best ball right now of anyone in the SEC.
I won't include UGA until I see them play Bama.

LSU was outperformed physically by Florida, but nothing else I've seen this season from either team points to that making any damn sense at all.
Meanwhile, we had them game one with a quarterback who hadn't played yet in college and a new system both offensively and defensively. We've improved a hell of a lot, while it seems like Florida hasn't improved much at all.
I'm not sure how they beat LSU, it's more surprising to me though that they crushed South Carolina like that.

Did you watch that game though? Our gameplan was shot after the first quarter. Just too many damn TO's and leaving the defense out on the field too long (even though they played a great game). We had multiple injuries then too as that was our third top ten matchup in a row, two being on the road. Not taking anything away from Florida but we did not bring our A-game.
