SEC needs to change scheduling format.

I know this topic has been beaten to death, but the format needs to change. Florida is getting stronger and so is Georgia. Alabama plays Florida once every five years. LSU plays GA once every five years. Same with Florida and Auburn. Alabamas top rival in the east is TN who has been irrelevant for the past ten years.

So what you're saying is we need to kick out Tennessee. I agree and support your proposal.

Lol at caring about some caveman skull bashing sport that bama dishes out dodge chargers for

Yea, but Florida was irrelevant for a hundred years while Tennessee was a national power.
Are u aware football was played before u were born? Most mellinials aren't.

Not trying to bash TN. its just BS that some teams have cakewalks as their permanent east game and other teams have a top ten matchup every year.

That was thirty years ago. Twenty years ago TN and Florida were both good.

Tenn won’t suck forever. There will come a balance of power again and we’ll get back to skull fricking each other like it’s Europe in 1917.

It's not once every five years, it's once every six years.
It's twelve years in between one team will get another team at home.
Tell your pansy ADs to step up to a 9 game schedule.

So the schedules should change from year to year, based on which teams might be getting stronger ?

Good god!! an LSU fan bitching about schedules?... and Alabama vs Tennessee? And having to play Florida? OMG what is next... talking darkly about the REC, SEC office in Birmingham (the horror, oh the horror), refs, Ritter, Dodge Chargers?
I have an idea... take your perpetually whining crying bitching complaining always-the-victim, team out of the conference... I'm not kidding.. get your butt over to the B12 if you want special rules just for LSU. God it is boring..
And by the way, long before there were divisions and an SEC championship game, back in the days of voluntary scheduling, LSU went 25 years and never played Georgia once... but suddenly all you corndogs can think about is how much you want to play Georgia but can't because of TSIO. Give me a freaking break.

So why not use examples that have the likes of Vandy, UK, Etc...instead of Big 6 teams playing other big 6ers

Play nine conference games like all the other conferences and some of this will be solved

The best teams in the country are in the SEC. The most complete teams in the country are in the SEC.
I'd be happy to see more tough matchups, but why really should UGA add a tough game? Switch schedules with Ohio State or OU and the Dawgs are in the CFBP guaranteed.
Why should Bama always have to play a tougher game every season that either Ohio State or Oklahoma and do it twice? This isn't about fairness.

It's not fair Florida has such an easy cross divisional dancing partner. We wax that 8ss every year.

Sounds like your problem is your team can't beat Alabama. Well join the club since no one else can do it either. You are likely an Auburn fan so if Bama is your problem then act upon the problem and win the game since neither Bama nor UT is giving up their rivalry. Or get the hell out of the league.

So you are saying that instead of 11 teams having scheduled bye-weeks each season before playing Alabama, it should be 12?
I'm not so sure that will make Alabama lose any more games but, go for it. Start a petition.

The league had to step in and change some of that a few years ago. Pratically every Bama SEC opponent did have a bye before the Bama game. And it will happen again unless the league is careful Don't know how many do in 2019. Just noticed the Aggies do so that is at least 3 of 8 league games since Auburn and LSU do as well.

There has been a "three bye" maximum prior to any SEC team since 2011. The year after Bama had six.
