In this statement you only reveal yourself to be an idiot because the whole point of what Drink was saying is that even though it's an exhibition he and Kirk Ferentz both have in common that they run programs that still care about them because they are team oriented programs that want to play with each other for one last championship, even if it's just a glorified exhibition.
