Surprised USC is not there as if a college program ever deserved the Death Penalty, it would be the Trojans.

You need hoodrats on the roster to win national championships. Its no surprise the top 10 teams on this list, except Tennessee, have won the vast majority of the national championships in this time period.

Or college coaches. It is how one becomes DUI Pete and the other crashes a Lexus after "working late" and a police report isn't even filed. If the latter happened in Dec among USC rumors instead of August, it may have been a different outcome.
