Just stop. LSU is not bigger than the SEC, but I do believe it would hurt their future tv deals. Especially if Sankey is the negotiator

The SEC is a 16 team conference with multiple markets much larger than Louisiana.
LSU is a good team, and I have no interest in seeing them kicked out, but it's ludicrous to imply LSU is some kind of lynchpin to the continued existence of the SEC.

SEC could survive, this is stupid.
But it's objectively better with LSU in it, as it has been for almost a century. And LSU benefits from being in the SEC.
You don't kick out a charter member for breaking no rules.

SEC could survive losing any single member. It would be tragic to lose an original member but it wouldn't kill the conference.

When Oklahoma (and Texas) left the Big 12, it took both of them, the Big 12 had only its 6 worst original members remaining. The rest was filled with C-USA teams. That's why it collapsed, not because one team left. In reality, 5 teams left.
No one wants this to happen but in a MAD situation, LSU loses every time especially because they'd be completely radioactive in the event they do get booted. Extremely unlikely to happen but you're being delusional and it's not helping
