Kate’s an SEC Rant treasure, though; leave her be!

Hosting for Arkansas would be huge. Y’all have struggled somewhat away from home.

Well, we're not scoring at home either. The way we're playing, I doubt it matters where our regional is.

Damn I figured they’d start another one as long as they could get it going before 9:30-10

Doesn't matter where it is played because the bat stats are ranked in the bottom of the SEC.

No doubt. The lack of timely hitting or any hitting at all will be the downfall of this group. It’s a shame, we have some very good players, just no one who will step up like we’ve had in the past.

But it’s not too late to change it when we step out of conference.

Location has nothing to do with the struggles at the plate.

Arkansas and lsu weren’t hosts in the final regular season projections so if they lose another game and go 0-2 then I doubt they host.

I believe they had lsu as the top non host and above Arkansas unless I’m misremembering. Auburn was close to hosting and they are one and done. This helps lsu and Arkansas imo . They try to say they don’t look at number of hosts per conference but I don’t believe that

I don’t remember if they had auburn as a host but even if they did have them hosting and above lsu and Arkansas, then that’s got to be in jeopardy after the 0-1 sec tournament record

I agree they absolutely look at # of hosts per conference and how saturated a region is with hosts already. Imo it gives teams like Gonzaga and Notre Dame more margin for error as there is less regional competition

Yes, Auburn was a projected host based on their winning record in conference and inflated RPI

Why didn't they try to start the Florida vs A&M game?
