Surely we get a win today but who knows. This team still has serious issues in all facets. I think the bats can be and will be better than they were v TCU, but I had questions about our pitching going in and havent seen anything to make me change my mind. Our defense was just bad. I mean bad. Weve got serious problems.

Thanks. I think I read somewhere that South Carolina cancelled their game today.

TCU is not a bad baseball team by any stretch. Things that look really bad against them might look better against someone else. Kentucky might just need time to settle down this season.
Granted... being shaky in baseball is an even worse recipe for disaster in the SEC than being shaky in football. You can't swing a dead cat without hitting a team with a good shot at making the CWS in this conference.

A&M as well. Starting at 3pm with 75% chance of rain and doesn't drop below 50 until after midnight. Hopefully, just have a DH tomorrow.

I think TCU is supposed to take a step back to middle of the Big 12 pack this year. I know they dont have their ace Nick Lodolo back because he was the 7th overall draft pick by my Reds this year lol
I know we have a lot of ball ahead of us, but this UK team looks a whole lot like last years bad squad. Weve got experience this year so hopefully we can work some of this out to look at least competent.
