Now move over to the offensive side of the ball. The head coach of a major university had to call a former employee to ask him who to hire. Optics look bad. Like the Head Coach does not know what he is doing. So saying shite show sounds about right.

I personally thought he should've not talked about it but everyone knew Nielsen and Freeman were the top two targets anyway.
