He was also there for a couple more years before 2019. That’s the OC that I suspect we’ll see whenever things start back up again.

You guys still employ Golding so I’m sure everyone will continue to have a field day on the Alabama defense

He was the full time OC in only 2018 and 2019.

Hopefully we’ll be injury free this year and have a better idea of whether he’ll make it or not.

He was OC in 2016 as well, right?

Bottom line is Linehan is a massive downgrade from Brady.

What’s the excuse for his defense getting donkey punched by Clemson?

Na, seeing is believing. What your offense did against Bama last year was unprecedented, so I'm safe in saying he's a huge downgrade.

LSU just replaced a former low level Saints assistant with a former NFL head coach with decades of college and pro experience.

I think I'll let it play out.

Bammers also said Joe Brady wouldn't do shite.

If Linehan doesn't work out, I guess its good that they picked up another low level former Saints assistant in the offseason.

You mean that guy that got shut out on his own field in 2016 and 2018?

true, just judging from the offenses we've seen from LSU from 2008-2018.

We were obviously wrong.

Orgeron was only head coach for two of those seasons.

Total offense yards per game rankings with Steve Ensminger as OC:

1994: #61 (TAMU)
1995: #51 (TAMU)
1996: #34 (TAMU)
1997: #61 (Clemson)
1998: #93 (Clemson)
2003; #66 (Auburn)
2018: #69 (LSU)*
2019: #1 (LSU)

Which one of these performances seems uncharacteristic?

*corrected

he's 0-2 at home vs. Bama and hasn't scored a point.

I guess if you have to count the interim year to make yourself feel better.

Why are you counting this one?

Also why yardage per game instead of scoring offense?
