Lsu ripped off clemsons stadium name
We don't recognize that. We only recognize the fact that we beat them like a drum in the NC game last season with it and shoved their puny little methhead tiger into the St. Louis Cemetery before cracking that little geode at the top of their stadium.

You understand that Clemson’s colors are purple and orange, yes?
Clemson's first coach was at Auburn. He took the Auburn colors with him. Over time the blue jerseys faded to look purple and that color stuck.

If you really want to discuss stealing/ripping off:
1. AU took UVA's colors;
2. UGA took Yale's mascot;
3. Alabama took Harvard's Crimson color and name.
As they say about the NFL, "it's a copycat league."

The Green Bay Packers probably stole Georgia's G font

And Virginia colors came from the color of a rowing crew at either Cambridge or Oxford.

Now the SEC is beginning to steal widespread basketball cheating from UNC. We really are a copycat league.

LSU is stealing Southern University style when it comes to bands. They want to be an HBCU band so bad

Clempson stole Mississippi State's campus design.

Iowa did that to Southern Miss. USM had the current Iowa logo years ago, but Iowa sued USM to stop using it so they had to change to a different one. Crazy frickers!

In fairness to Clemson, John Heisman took the Auburn colors and Tiger mascot to Clemson. They did modify the blue to purple which I do not understand.
They didn't modify. He took the old jerseys that were faded. I had always heard it was Heisman. It was actually Walter Riggs. Riggs played for Auburn. He was their first HC. Riggs came before Heisman at Clemson and hired Heisman while at Clemson.

Origin of UVA Colors
"One of the students attending the mass meeting was Allen Potts, a star athlete who played on Virginia's first football team in 1888. Potts showed up at the meeting wearing a navy blue-and-orange scarf that he had acquired during a summer boating expedition at Oxford University."
Good to know we are descended from Oxford.

I personally don't know of another team that has burnt orange for their color.
Virginia Tech's colors are maroon and burnt orange.

Texas A&M - Took Mississippi State's colors and also has a dog mascot

We have both of those purely by accident. There was no conscious effort to copy a nobody school from Mississippi.
A&M's original colors were red and white. In the late 1920s when we ordered our uniforms instead of red they came back maroon. It was decided that since so many other schools used red that we would just go with the far less common maroon from then on. Moo wasn't even the most well known maroon school at the time. That would have been the University of Chicago.
We have a dog as a mascot b/c in 1931 some students accidentally hit a mutt with their car on the way back to the dorms. They smuggled the dog into the dorms so they could take it to the vet. The next day when the students were awoken by the morning bugler (A&M was still a compulsory military school at the time) the dog started barking like crazy thus earning the name Reveille. The students ended up loving the dog and took her out on the field at halftime when the football season began and that's how she became the mascot.

You have a losing record to a nobody school in Mississippi?
Sounds shitty.

A&M began in 1876.
Mississippi State began in 1878.
Try again.
If anything, you ripped off Georgia, who is almost 100 years older than you.
