@dennisdoddcbs
Emmert: The NCAA is investigating "a number" of schools for NIL violations.
Rumor around here is Texas is one of the schools being investigated by the NCAA, our first rule breaker since the school set up their OL pay system, any of you guys hearing what other schools are being investigated?

Good. All this bullshite about Texas directly paying their OL 150k does not fall under the permissible payments with NIL. Name, image, and likeness does not mean the school can just go buy players directly. At least be smart about it

AM
When a school has more 5 stars committed than signed over the past 10years…red flags go up.

What is even the rules with NIL? I feel like all we did here is just confuse everyone.

All of A&M's NIL deals are accessible through FOIA and are all individual deals.

Those schools are going to be screwed when penalties are handed down in 2035.

A&M has to be one of them as well

I think it varies from state to state, I mean I’m sure someone here knows the in and outs of NIL in a nutshell and can update us

Shouldn’t take long.
Should have never been available.

You're a fricking simpleton.

The biggest problem that I see with the NIL deals is that local business owners who are die hard fans or alum can easily work in cahoots with programs to “insure” that 5 star recruits will be given these endorsement gigs after a year or so on campus. Seems like an easy enticement and not to difficult to navigate without getting busted.

It would be funny if they went on probation. Poor Kelly would be like what the frick.
