If went undefeated we would have wins over west champ, #1 Georgia on the road, and a possible top 10 LSU at home. I think we jump USC and possibly FSU or Texas in this scenario.

You could possibly jump Texas, but USCs resume would be stronger on paper in the end. There are no rankings until later in the season, so the AP ranking of Georgia now is meaningless.

It is unlikely any PAC12 team will be 13-0. Several of those teams are good and will beat each other.

Mizzou has an relatively manageable schedule with the exception of Nov. 4 in Athens where they will get curb stomped.

I'm sure the time-space continuum would never be the same.

No need to even entertain the scenario.

I'd love to see it bc I'm pretty sure our presence on this board would dramatically change......and you guys won't like it

On reflection, I think you're right on Texas, esp if Alabama falters to an 8-4 finish or thereabout, diminishing that win for them.
It would certainly bolster the argument for a 12-playoff if this was the scenario to unfold.

I hadn't heard. Is Missouri getting a new coach who knows that spiking the ball does not grant you a timeout before attempting a game-winning FG? Until then...
And anyway, FSU ain't going undefeated after almost losing at BC. Neither is Tejas. They always choke against OU and sometimes even against KU. USC should go undefeated, but mighty Utah may stand in their way again.

Texas always has a bad game or 5. So don’t think they make it undefeated.
Colorado will get rolled this weekend by Oregon.
If FSU beats Clemson this week, then they will likely be undefeated.
Ohio state or Michigan could be in the undefeated mix but I don’t think survive each other and a conference championship game.
PAC is either early inflated or good. So USC falls into the above category- same as Michigan or Ohio state.
I don’t think there will be 4 undefeated teams. If Mizzou goes undefeated they will be in the playoff.
Our OL would need to vastly improve before dreaming of an undefeated season.

Our last AD is to blame for scheduling trash away games at G5 schools, our new AD has said that will not be happening very often if ever going forward that is reserved for other P5 opponents. This board used to give us so much grief for those games and rightly so.

You know you guys pussed out, right? We gave you an offer of: We either play at your place, or give you 1m and X amount of tickets and we move it to STL. and its obvious what you guys chose

If this some how happened, I would look to the sky for meteorites. To be pummeling earth at that moment, but as a what if,
Tosu gets in
Texas gets in
Usc get in
Fsu. Gets in
Because Missouri started outside top 25, they would never let them jump any of those blue bloods
Missouri would be 5th, and they would keep them there

Memphis Football Payout
"Memphis football will be paid up to $1 million by Missouri for agreeing to move their 2023 game to St. Louis, athletic director Laird Veatch told The Commercial Appeal on Tuesday."
"When Missouri initially announced its schedule last month, Memphis was not listed. Veatch later said in an interview that Missouri expressed interest in buying out the game and the schools have been discussing it for several months."
Yall were scared to play in Memphis. Its ok to be cowards. At least Ole Miss and State have the balls to actually play here

And then surely we would claim a championship. And likely go back in time and claim at least one more from the 60s.
