You do realize that police said he was fully cooperative and even willingly gave them his dash cam video. Right? He was never charged with anything, and was never even alleged to have been involved. You are imagining crimes that were not committed.
I'm going even further. The Bama basketball player currently in jail should have never been arrested. Court filings make this clear at this point.
But you aren't a Bama fan, so you haven't been following the story.

He was fully cooperative after the police had to track him down. He didn't stay at the scene and do the right thing. He should have been suspended several games for that alone.

Imagine complaining about the refs in a game where you've shot 6 more free throws than the team you are playing and you are on the road. Auburn typically is the one team that doesn't get a home team ref advantage.
