Thank you. I can’t stand pain meds so I think this is going to be really rough on me.

I had percocet. But you might get by with high strength Tylenol. Talk to your doctor about it. And of course, everyone's experience is different. I never thought the surgery was a mistake. I had some struggles, but tried to just keep working through it without thinking too much.
My doctor requested and my insurance approved a romtech bike I had the first 30 days. I dreaded it, but it really helped me get the knee loosened up in the early days. Ask about it. I now use my exercise bike, and it loosens me up in the AM.

My wife got through it, so will you. Don’t try to be a tough guy as pain will delay recovery. Stay on top of the pain, do your PT and ice that sucker down. It is a challenge to overcome and you will.
