But you watch some of these kids sometimes, and their body language is pathetic. Head down slumped shoulders, blaming everyone else but themselves.

Would 18 year old razorbackfan4life getting a million a year be busting his tail?
It's has to be tough trying to keep these kids grounded and focused. Not to long ago the biggest challenge was “uncoaching” bad habits picked up from AAU ball and instilling some fundamentals.
Now you have to deal with agents and attitude
