But not in this particular ranking. Because they’ve all been ranked the coin flip is over. Seeing as how they’re all ranked. That is to say, someone put them in an order based on certain criteria and personal opinion thus creating a ranking. You know, for the teams that were ranked. Which would be all of them.

If LSU beats Texas, I have no problem with them being ranked 2. Hell, I’d probably even bump them up to the top.

Because not only can he not beat Saban, he can't even beat Orgeron.
There seem to be a lot of UGA fans that have forgotten last year's game against LSU. FYI, that was NOT the game that UGA "wasn't up for".

UGA absolutely wasn't ready for LSU, but then look at the big picture. UGA did better against Auburn, UF, and Bama than LSU. UGA didn't need a string of PI calls to beat Auburn, didn't choke against UF, and didn't get clownstomped by Bama. Kirby won the SEC and made it to the playoffs in year 2 and nearly went back in year 3. I understand bias, but acting like Kirby is a bad coach because he didn't win a title in year 2 is beyond stupid. It took Saban, Dabo, Spurrier, and Urban all longer than 2 years to win their first title. It is possible that Kirby eventually crashes and burns, but right now he's one of the most successful coaches in CFB.

The whole body of work says UGA was better last year. We beat Florida. We pushed Bama to the brink. All things LSU couldn’t do. Sure, you win one game but the entire season takes precedence

Actually, they were - at first. Then Aranda made some defensive adjustments to take away the running game, and UGA was fricked.

Now you're just getting defensive, all I was saying was why LSU didn't want Kirby, and not that Kirby's terrible, he just cant' beat Orgeron or Saban.
