State is 0-6 in true road games, Mizzou is 0-10 in SEC play. Something’s gotta give.

I don’t think it’s out of the realm of possibility that SC is alone at the top after today. Vols, Bama and Auburn all have very loseable games today.

We shall see. The disappointed Gamecock in me always rewinds back to 2007 in football when #6 SC lost at home to Vanderbilt then proceeded to lose every single game after that. Apples and oranges but nothing is ever a given with SC sports.

Georgia really needs to beat Arkansas or we may fall into the NIT bubble.
LSU is keeping it close with Alabama so far. I still see Alabama hanging on and winning, though.
I like Florida to beat Auburn. The last time that Auburn won in Gainesville, Charles Barkley still played for the Suns. Also, Auburn is coming off of a huge win against their biggest rival. Seems like the perfect storm for a letdown game against a pretty good Florida team.
Like someone pointed out, it is not altogether impossible that South Carolina could be in sole possession of the #1 spot in the SEC after today.

Grant Nelson is such an enigma. On one possession, like that last one, he will look like an all-American. Then on the next he will look like he has down syndrome. It is bizarre.
