We all have those dumbass fans, but my god, how in the frick could any Arky fan be that disappointed in their team? Still think Arky is the best CBB team I’ve watched this szn. Just insane to actually be critical of a damn good team.

I wouldn't say we choked. But we do have shite luck. That ground rule double cost us a run and the game. Then the freak pop up single. The walk and HR was on Wiggins, but with an extra run the pressure is less and the whole situation is different. Wiggins couldn't help that.

Losing sucks. I agree with both sides on being pissed and negative, or dismissive and positive. Baseball is different than football, where a regular season loss carries more weight, but funny how even with a huge playoff in baseball, the regular season still matters.

That isn't the same kind of test. There is much less pressure on him in that situation. We are preparing for the tourney. You want to know why we do so well in it? This. This exact situation is why we do well in the postseason.
DVH knows what he has when he gets there because he throws these games on the sacrificial pyre to find out before we get there.

Most of us aren't criticizing the team. We have a great team and have had a great season. shite happens. People just have had decades of crazy shite costing us big games. Things no player or coach could expect or change. We're psychologically damaged.
Hope and success brings anxiety and feelings of impending doom. We have some weak spots, but I think we are the most complete and consistent team in the country. It's my fault for turning the game on just before the ground rule double. I told myself I wouldn't. I'll take the blame.
