totally with you there. Sarkisian is a song writer that can’t sing:
Great play designer, horrible in-game play caller
And those two things will get you a 7-win coach.
Which Texas already has, and this year will prove it out - Texas money be damned.

And OU fans have been here for every step of it telling you ….
1) your schedule was super charmin last year ,that’s the only reason you was winning .
2) if Sark can’t get proven transfers he’s not developing players properly .
3) Texas OL lost to much to be great this year and you was taking a step back .
4) Arch was overhyped from playing 3 weak teams with the lead in 2 of them .

I'm the same way. The coaches are responsible for the product put on the field. Full Stop.

It is simply retarded when fanboys try to blame players and not coaches.
* If the player sucks then ok - that's on the player.
* If he's in the game then well - that's on the coach. (!!!)
Fanboys don't get the world sometimes.
It's disgusting how Sark lines the stadium with Lamborghinis (did Sark pay for these?) and then naive fanboys want to give him the credit for building a team.

No worries. Our fans will show up to tell us "but sark isn't the one out there making penalties, overthrowing WRs, dropping the ball, etc"
Post-shaggy bevo Texas fans have become soft.

The melt after a struggle win.
It’s bitter for the author.

Quite possibly your worst take ever. Your sudden surge as a contender had more to do with Sark’s recruiting and offensive play calling than any built in advantage… why lay the blame for tejas inadequacy in the shoulders of one man? There’s plenty to go around.

Did he send you a Lamborghini for saying this?
(that I paid for...)

This isn't new for a lot of us. I said before the season even started that t he offense would still be dogshit because the guy in charge of the offense is in way over his head.
I don't blame most of the Horn fans for buying the hype. Ironically, most of it wasn't coming from the Texas side. It was coming from the media who were falling all over themselves because of his last name. I totally get the temptation to buy it. I don't blame them for that.
That being said, with the right coach and system, I think Arch could be an elite qb. I'm just not confident that will happen here.

because the ceo is the guy responsible for everything that takes place on the field. It's not a hard concept to grasp. No, it's not all him. It's the players and t he assistant coaches but I keep coming back to one question. Who is responsible for all of that?
Arch is the guy he wanted. He recruited him for several years. Either sark can't coach him up or he completely missed on his evaluation. I don't know which is worse.

He had a nice 2 years. But nobody except for ESPN is really very impressed with his overall career.

I might add - during our "sudden surge as a contender", the only thing weak about Texas has been its offense.
Texas defense has been carrying a pedestrian offense.
But finally, Sark has assembled such of an offensive pile of shite that not even Texas defense will be able to polish this turd.
