The one who's name was entered into the NFL draft... he wasn't good enough to be drafted so he had to find another way into the NFL... so HE elected to participate in NFL minicamps with the intention of becoming a member of the professional organization.
Which until 2 weeks ago would have been 100% reason to not allow him back into the NCAA ranks.

Now if the issue is contracts then every player that attended any NFL camp signed at the very least a waiver of liability, a medical contract, and probably half a dozen other things.
If the issue is a contract for money then every player in the SEC signed that as part of their revenue sharing
