Their RB Coach has multiple Masters Degrees (one from Clemson and one from Reinhardt).
If his LinkedIn profile is accurate...he had:
Undergrad GPA - 3.35
Reinhardt MS GPA - 4.0
Clemson GPA - 4.0
Sure...both Masters Degrees were in Sports Leadership and Athletic Leadership...but his BS was in Math. To play football while getting a B.S. Degree in Math is pretty freaking impressive.

Did Tyson wind up playing at Samford? He was fairly highly ranked out of high school.

From Trussville, Alabama, Tyson played QB with the Crimson Tide from 2019 to 2021 (Nick Saban), then transferred to Arizona State in 2022 (Herm Edwards), and Clemson in 2023 (Dabo Swinney).
In 2024, Tyson transitioned to student coaching while retaining his eligibility.
He spent the 2025 season as an offensive assistant coach at Clemson.

Didn't realize John Grass was back in coaching. He won a lot of games at the HS level in AL. Then went to JSU and took them to the FCS championship game about 10 years ago. Then he resigned and Rich Rod took over at JSU to revitalize his career.

Speaking of JSU, their current head coach is Alabama's and Auburn's own Charles Kelly.
He's also got Kyle Flood (son of the Texas OC) on staff.
