The world knows many of you all act like hoodlums in public, but how do your brightest act when they're away from home at school?

The latest statistics from July/2022 ranking all of the nation's colleges and universities for on-campus & off-campus crime using personal violent crime/property crime/"other" crime categories and ranking them accordingly. THIS IS FOR ON-CAMPUS ONLY (not surrounding areas of town).

I did all the homework for you twinkies out there in RantLand (as usual), culling the data for SEC schools and then ranking them below.

The bottom EIGHT (8) schools of the SEC with the lowest ranking (least safe) will be ranked first. Then, the top EIGHT (8) schools of the SEC with the highest ranking (most safe) will be ranked second.

The number next to your school is the NATIONAL RANKING. See link to article for more details.

Get your pom-poms ready...or get a zoo mask to cover your embarrassment. Here we goooooooo.........

Seems like every campus is safe. I’ve walked across our campus at 3 in the morning by myself and never felt remotely unsafe.

The jewel of the northgate, the one you literally drive through the building.

You should also include enrollment numbers. Bigger schools should have more crime statistically compared to smaller schools.

How did LSU rank so high. BR is a crime
filled sheet hole. I imagine alot of that would spill over onto the LSU campus.

I also question UTx rating with it being located in downtown Austin among homeless camps and bums roaming around.
Even Matthew McConaghey was kidnapped and shoved into back of van and assaulted one night while walking home from class at UTx.

I’ve come to the conclusion that some of these schools are lying about crime numbers so as to not scare off mommy and daddy so bad that they don’t let their kids enroll.

Once you are off the Texas campus, you will get mugged by a. Bunch of liberal homeless hippies with AIDS.

Good luck with that Austin!

LSU is surprisingly safe considering a part of the campus near a rough spot
