"Always interesting that, you know, they may say that, but then when they get a job and they go do it, they do it exactly like we did it. So, I don’t know.”

“So you have to make a choice and decision: You want to do it right, or you want to make everybody happy? No different than raising your children. I go through this with Terry when we’re raising our kids. She wanted to make them happy, and I wanted to make them do right."

Wow, talk about totally throw your wife under the bus. And especially with the fact that
He has actually admitted in the past that he messed up with the son that went off the rails when he lived in BR.

Because BR is a shite hole. He's thriving now that he's been removed from there.

Nick Saban is by all accounts a terrible father and his kids are trainwrecks. Greatest CFB coach of all time, not so much in the dad department. I get that everything he says to the media is a recruiting pitch but Jesus everyone in BR knows his son almost got kicked out of Catholic and everyone in the Bama Greek system knows his daughter is a total psycho

Working for him is what results in most of them getting bigger jobs when they leave Alabama.

The man has five national titles. Hard to argue with that. Hate him or love him, he’s earned his respect.

Jesus Christ way to throw your wife under the bus

And both his kids have been arrested. One for drugs and one for assault

I liked Nick Jr, but poor guy had some demons.

Anyway, Saban is the GOAT coach, but man he just can’t accept blame for anything and has to let everyone know he did it perfect and any mistake is at the feet of others

He did get kicked out of catholic....

I liked Nick Jr a lot. He was a fun and nice guy. But he had serious demons and Nick Sr wasn’t exactly around to help from the way he talked about his dad

But then they line up to get a job with him so they can get hired off his staff for a cord job or a head job. Nobody is perfect, inc Saban, UGA panicked him a bit when our recruiting fell significantly in 2018 class and they had arguably the greatest class of all time so he hired a bunch of road running recruiters. Many if not most of whom had promo's waiting on them at other schools at the end of the yr and they quit on the team late in the season. So now he's back to hard core, old school, fundamental football coaches on the staff. So we'll see.

It's called a balance, Nick. Those two aspects aren't always an "either/or" situation.

By all the accounts in your addled brain. His are seemingly happy and decent adults. No kids are perfect. Yours maybe but are just as likely not. If anyone would agree to marry and bear children by you.

Per your testimony you know everyone in BR (town of getting close to a million metro area wide) and have interviewed all of them and 100% know his son and know about incidents from a dozen years ago in a high school that obviously did't rise to a case of expulsion. Even though many if not most were living someplace else at the time. And remarkably even though you are from and live in LA you know everyone in the University of Alabama Greek system and 100% of them know/knew his daughter and she is a psycho.

At first glance I would say you are a bitter LSU football fan, a compulsive liar and given to Bull shite at an alarming level. And one must assume you are sober at this hour so that complicates matters worse. And if it could get any worse zero of your big tales will make one single bit of difference when the two schools clash this fall. Nor have they made any difference in the past 8 games.

You don't mean to say a kid who Nick Saban adopted might have some issues later. But seems to have grown through them likely through great parenting. in fact both his children were adopted. Both are in careers of their own and married for a number of years to their original spouses. If you have children or worse adopted children can you say the same?

It's the equivalent to a Harvard law degree, an MIT engineering degree, or an Auburn animal husbandry degree on one's resume.

Hold up on blasting the animal husbandry thing. Many of us were raised on lonely, secluded farms.

I cant share. And with two children of my own, I understand how hard parenting can be and no matter what you do they will still make mistakes

1. Nick Jr just shared with me that his father was never around and that "we"(his classmates)saw him just as much on tv as he did. Now, this may have changed or never have been true but it sure seems like the guy lives and dies coaching. Likely one reason he has become the GOAT

2. He publicly said his wife is at fault for anything his children did wrong. Before you say "bullshite!!!!!!", let me walk you through it

He said Terry was concerned about making them happy, while he was concerned about raising them right. That is clearly saying the mistakes they made would be on the parent that "didnt focus on raising them right"

Once again, Saban is the GOAT football coach, but he is an imperfect human like all of us no matter what Bama fans will have you believe. One fault he has is not being able to have any blame of any sort within the public.
