No, the main focus on Saban was a development in Houston, in which he was initially a 49% partner in. But Spinosa would up taking over as the sole member, so that could save Nick's arse.

I've seen a deal like that a time or two. I knew a judge who was silent on some properties...bars/strip clubs...and when they ran into some issues, his name was nowhere to be found. Power is awesome.

Yeah, that would piss me off.

From LSU to Bama to UGA. AU's 3 biggest rivals.

That is the most overblown story ever.

Yes, he has lived in that house forever, but it's a huge house that has had some SERIOUS upgrades. Thus, I'm sure you wouldn't be able to pick it up for cheap.

Oh, and tell Warren I said hello.

Yep, bought for 30k. I know several extremely wealthy people here in BR that live in very modest homes. No need to flaunt it like Master P or Lil Wayne.

If Saban goes to UGA will the fans change their stance on oversigning?

And today's value?

Roughly 700K

Oh, and he also has a 4 million dollar home in CA.

Relative to his net worth, yes...he's frugal.

But those are still expensive homes.

I think Saban would be a great co-secondary coach for us!
