It's obvious that the woman used her head to assault the Bama players fist.

You see ... that really is the trick. Sometimes ... you just make people come out and say what they wanted to say the entire time.

Helpful Hint ... you think I'm arguing with you ? Wrong answer, pecker dick. Because you don't argue with people like you. You make them louder.

Because you can't change your mind with logic or reason. Logic and Reason didn't get you to where you are in the first place.

You argue with crazy arse nutty people to show all the other rational people how crazy arse nutty certain people are. Its nasty work. But it has to be done.

Nope. She has been told to not speak anymore due to charges and law suit!

Saban will bench him.

Speculation (more likely wishful thinking) on your part. That might be the case, it's possible. Or maybe she knows that she did something more than just jaw at him that provoked him (that's the rumor, may be true, may not be true). Saban may bench him in any case, would probably be the prudent thing to do, we'll see.

Ah the puppet master defense. #4 on how to lose an internet argument gracefully.

A Guide to Gracefully Losing an Internet Argument

4. You were only playing devil's advocate/trying to piss people off/controlling their emotions like the puppet master you are.

You may have lost the war, but great news! You didn't want to win anyway. In fact, you lost intentionally, so by winning they are actually doing exactly what you wanted them to do. They're like tiny ants that you can crush, except they are about the same size as you (maybe on average a little bigger).

Classic choice!

Still, touching against one's wishes can always be considered assault of sorts. At the very least, he shouldn't have done it and if nothing happens to him legally (it probably won't because the girl is reasonable -- unlike the many "fans" here who are playing up it for sport because they feel Bama has "assaulted" them with their success -- and doesn't appear to want to file charges), he should get a suspension of a couple of games.

Looks to me like Saban says he doesn’t condone it

Seriously?

“We don’t condone mistreatment of anyone whether they belong on the field or not”? Get out of here with that. And that’s after saying it’s a “difficult time for the team, the league”….what about the chick that, you know, got assaulted by one of your players Nick?

He’s tap dancing around to avoid being labeled a POS because he truly believes it was her fault.

Am I missing it?

#3

Punch?

I hate Bama, but that did not look like a punch to me.

Please tell me that one of us is drunk.

Saban does not condone 3 or below stars punching fans for sure.

4 and 5 star players get 1 rape or pillage and 2 punches, on progressive scale at function of faster 40 times.

Jk. Saban doesn’t need these sort of distractions.

Assault is when you threaten someone or try to make them fearful. Battery is when physically touch them. But there is no intent to harm, and no harm was done. He's just pushing people out of his space, she isn't the only one he pushed.

But it was a dick move because they were walking in opposite directions and she was already leaving his space. Completely uncalled for, no doubt he was doing it as a result of being mad from losing the game.

I'm fine with however Saban wants to deal with, I honestly don't care one way or another. Saban will do what's best for the player and team as always, and I've yet to have complaints about how he's handled things.

Thugs gonna thug

90% of these thugs gonna be doing hard time, besides the thugs that make the NFL. Those thugs get paid.

It’s not Saban’s position that she shouldn’t have been there. It’s the SECs, UTs, and Tennessee Law

Saban’s very clearly says that Burton is wrong regardless of this fact. Not sure what more you want said

bullshite. You wouldn't be fine with it if the family of that girl dealt with it. Not one bit.

But as long as Saint Nick handles it ? Really ? Yeah, for you, it's really.

Whatever takes care of the Script A. We all get it here.
