Only because yall were on probation and swapping coaches. Not because yall were great before. That was only Bama fans.
This is a board where everyone constantly whines about media bias toward Bama. You're telling me it just started out of nowhere in 2007 for no reason?

Do you notice the media still talking about Texas all the time even though they suck?

There isn't a composite of 2002 Dumbo. You have to use rivals as it is the only one still in existence and up. 247 Sports literally shows those classes as having 11 kids in them because they only account for something like 300 kids in those old classes. I'd say use your brain, but..........yea.

LOL, you are so ate up with hate that you didn't even question that LSU was ranked #2 on one recruiting website but your numbers had them averaging somewhere around a mid-low 3 star player in the same class? So Rivals had them #2 and you thought......247 had them around #65? Scout at #57?

Rivals and scout are why people use the composite

Nope, Oxford is way too small. Mike Wallace got the 3rd degree for borrowing his brother's car one time and was held out of games by the NCAA while they investigated that. Can you imagine if every player suddenly had a brand new shiny car to drive around in? Saban couldn't "recruit" as well at a smaller school.

and, as always, we appreciate your AD and President not doing anything about it

Rivals and scout are all that existed in 2002.

He won the West with a 12-0 record in 2008 with a team comprised mostly of Shula players.

He inherited one of the worst teams in the NFL and went 15-17, which earned Jeff Fisher more money than the pope.

He is 15 in goat years. His comments about Saban at LSU show he has no clue what he is talking about. Saban left LSU overrunning with talent. So much talent that even Les Miles managed to stumble into a NC despite what LSU fans say. Where were all the Chargers coming from then?

He can evaluate talent probably better than anyone also and he knows who can evaluate talent. If Jimbo offers a QB expect Saban to offer the same QB

His recruiting outside of Bama wasn't great. It wasn't til his players started getting cars and money that he got top classes. Handing a kid keys to a car and money doesn't require much recruiting.

I wonder why none of the processed players who got paid have rolled over on him? I wonder why none of them who after their playing careers were over said Bama paid them?

Bama will not get popped for cars for players dude. Won't happen. Some idiot might eventually get popped for money from a booster, but the Bama compliance department twice annually checks registration of vehicles for all student athletes. if a kid has a new car, they have to report it to compliance and show registration info.

If you're waiting on Bama to get popped for cars, you're going to be waiting about as long as between AU natties.

This is what passes for deep intellectual thought... with observation, measurement, thesis, predictions, experiments, conclusions... at Ole Miss?

Disgust.... er... I mean discuss.

PS: op is a fool, and worse, he is boring and infantile.

There has never been a dumber argument.

It's the equivalent of saying, "John isn't a good salesman, just the best at bringing in new customers".

Yeah and they have been crooked since they started. Their founders have made it clear they favor certain schools and that makes their entire ranking irrelevant. It's why 247 came out and mixed them together to try to get some balance out of it and did the same with older years too. It has nothing to do with when they started.

So you've moved from "his classes were 70 average players" to "they were biased and not that good".

Good stuff. Never stop.

No. I said his classes weren't near as good as they were at Bama with the cheating and they weren't. The average player he got at LSU was no where near what he averaged Bama. Even in just his 2nd year. You brought up rivals and scout and part of the numbers you were trying to use to say the players were just as good at LSU because they were #2 (with a 70 average player ranking on a specific year). Rivals or scout alone are biased. Combined on the composite and not just one favorable site his numbers weren't great per player.

Don't try to mix what you said and I said try to pushing something dumb you said or used on me.

2001 -

#1-FSU 98.27
#2-LSU 78.77

Which is one of your #2 classes you are praising as great before he came to Bama.
