We don't really have a standout in the town I live in, but when my kids visit, we always go to a place called La Hacienda Ranch in Frisco, TX. It's mesquite grilled Tex-Mex and it is amazing....

I worked at Sonic HQ for several years and we got to sample all of the pie-flavored shakes. Some were really good, but plain old chocolate is my fave....

Thesis has several blends, and they work pretty well. It is just expensive for what it is. They publish the ingredients in each blend, so you may be able to bulk buy the ingredients and make the blends yourself. ...

I used to stop about once a week before I started working remote full-time. Now I go when my kids visit 3 or 4 times a year. This location is in Denton, TX and although the traffic may look bad, it flows pretty well in and out....

Don't wait to get to that temp. In most cases, you will overcook the brisket. Start probing for doneness at 195ish.

This is the absolute truth. I wouldn't spend money on a boot camp until you try a few of the free online tutorials. If that gives you the drive to learn more, then look at the boot camp option. ...
