Lsu fans should lay off the dude from now on he handled himself with class before and after the game. Even wore a purple tie before the game out if respect. The Tenn coach should make a note on how to handle himself.

But, but, we're evil, and cheat, and have a mean chant.

I have always thought Saban was a classy coach. He gets intense and can be an arse at times but he seems to play by the rules and is always respectful to the opponent. People lose perspective and forget that at the end of the day it is a game. Not life and death.

Just watched his press conference, gave Lsu all kinds of props for taking advantage and making the plays, took responsibility himself for not having Bama players playing better.

Everyone at LSU respects Saban and what happened with him is over. Stop trying to take away from the current athletes and students by making Saban leaving a huge deal.

He is the BEST coach in the nation and Bama has him. But obviously, it doesn't mean he can't be beat. He is a class act and always has been. It's only natural for LSU to pick on him and Bama since it's LSU's biggest rival in football. Saban even did it when he coached here. It's all in good fun, and in the competitiveness of the game.

I'll always be grateful to Coach Saban for what he did for us- and I've always considered him to be a classy individual and consummate professional. That's part of what makes this win all the more special.
The connections between these two programs is unmistakable. Enjoy the win- but yes, act like you've been here before- because you have.

Many are.

I love what he did at LSU and respect the hell out of him as a coach.

I always thought he was a class act, I'm just glad we got the W today. Good luck on the rest of your season and beat the Barners guys.

LSU was a one hit wonder and that hit was from1958. Saban changed that. All true Tiger fans will never forget that.

we could use the good will from Tigerland.

btw, this proves there is absolutely NO similarity for how bad I hate auburn. I'm in the throng of a major loss, and I've already had peace about it.

hell, I actually like LSU. we had a fricking dream season last year... we got a LOT to work on, and we still have upsetting (ugh, upsetting) the fricking boogs to look forward to.

I fricking hate auburn worse than human pride, or something equally awful.

Only thing that bothered me, after the game, the fat boy that announces the Bama games was interviewing Saban,...and saban was using hi usual sabonanaligies,...as to why Bama lost...because the PLAYERS were not performing like he has coached them...not worrying about winning the game, and just playing up to your own ability....in other words ...throwing the players under the bus....EVEN BEAR BRYANT WAS MAN ENOUGH TO OWN UP TO SAY THAT THE BETTER TEAM WON...WE WERE OUT PLAYED..OUT COACHED...OH WELL,....

Hey, no hard feelings, but...Saban was no world beater until he found himself surrounded with "southern talent". He just ran with what he had. He's no God, but a good coach. Apparently so is Miles.

He has never not been classy, imo. And he ALWAYS gives the other team credit. Can't say the same for Urban Meyer.
