I am neither an tOSU or Notre Dame fan! But, I watched the game and now will pull against tOSU from this point on as long as Ryan Day is coach! His post game interview and comments were the most absurd I've ever heard! Why in the moment do you go after a sports commentator, regardless of who it is, but especially one that is clearly nearing the end of his career as an analyst!
Take the high road Ryan! Talk about what your team just did!
I am just really amazed that the coach of such a big program would stoop to say such ridiculous statements! That shows how much they are living "rent free in his head!"

It really says a lot about Ryan Day as a person JMHO!

His post game rant was totally classless. Day is a douchebag.

It seemed a little forced but I loved every second of it. And just seeing how the players on the team are absolutely loving it can only mean good things

I don’t know about him as a person, it sounds like he’s had some tough cards dealt his way, but I will never forget his face when they announced that OSU was the 2 seed in 2019. He looked scared and nervous and in that moment I said Clemson will beat OSU in the playoff. He just seems soft and his teams just flow from there. I had to hand it to him for the great game they played against UGA last year, but a loss is a loss.

I have to compliment anyone who can rally his team around pregame comments made by the world’s biggest homer. A homer only recognized by about four players, all of whom play for Notre Dame.

That's really the problem...this persecution that tOSU feels in regard to not being respected and constantly has the need to always be put on a pedestal regardless of the quality of the team! Your record in big time games against outside Big 10 opponents when it matters is dismal! If you want to change that perception, win some games that matter!

You haven't beaten an elite SEC team in the post season since 2015! And until you get past Michigan, which doesn't look likely this year, it will be almost a decade next year!

It was cheesy but I can't stand listening to Lou Holtz... so I guess it's a lose lose. It's like going into a hospice and listening to some guy ramble on. Give me Spurrier or someone entertaining who can string a few coherent sentences together.

We are talking about Ryan Day. His only bad loss out of conference was Bama in the Covid year.

But what he did last night every single fan would absolutely love if their coach did that for their players.

Maybe in your delusional mind. Ohio State is the most overhyped, underperforming team in college football.

I live in Columbus but I'm from the east coast. Nobody in the rest of the country hates Ohio. And nobody in the rest of the country thinks everyone else hates them.

As for Day, he won so he is entitled to trash talk. That said, Lou won a title and had a winning record vs UM. Maybe Day should wait until he can say the same before he talks.

Must be nice being an LSU fan. Have a good year once a decade and then are irrelevant for the rest of it.

It was totally cringe. He confirmed that he must have a super inferiority complex about himself and his team.

Also, literally no one outside of MI or OH thinks or cares about OSU.
