Indian culture is centered around lying and scamming, especially against whites and non-Indians. It's seen as something to be proud of to them. When you call them out, they immediately play dumb, bob their heads, and act like they don't understand the question all of a sudden.

That's like saying would you rather get shot in the chest or head? Both are bad because they bring alien cultures and nepotism at the expense of Americans. To them, ripping off a non them is not seen as shame-worthy but is celebrated.
The fact is if you go to some of these cities and see the sheer number of Indians there, it' is mathematically impossible to bring in this volume of people without some sort of fraud going on.
